Ei-Buffet boiled and shelled organic eggs make work so much easier in the gastronomy trade, industrial kitchens and bakeries. All time-consuming work is eliminated, the eggs can be used directly. Optimised packaging allows the eggs to be stored refrigerated for up to 30 days.
